Going to School Volunteers
1. Writing subtitles for Be! an Entrepreneur movies made in Hindi in English
No. of Volunteers Required: 1
Location: Work from home
Time required: January to May 2011, two movies a month, each movie is 20 minutes long, estimated time 3-5 hours/movie.
Work Description: Watch movie - each 20 minutes long, translate and write the dialogues in Hindi
Skills required: Ability to write well in English and good understanding of Hindi language, Computer literate
2. Testing Be! an Entrepreneur books with children 12-16 with children in slums and low-cost schools
No. of Volunteers Required: 2-3
Location: Low Cost schools/NGO in Delhi. All travel expenses will be reimbursed
Time required: January to May 2011, 4-5 hours every week, going to schools across Delhi (low-income schools) to test stories and then create feedback report
Work Description: Coordinate with schools/NGOs, read stories and show design to children, record their responses and report children's feedback to GTS every week.
Skills required: ability to read and write in Hindi and English and interact with children. Computer literate, so can complete feedback report in English

Be! Fund Volunteers
1. Conduct telephone interviews with 500 young people age 18-29 from low-income groups who applied to the Be! Fund
No. of Volunteers Required: 10
Location: Work from home, cost of telephone calls will be reimbursed
Time required: January 15-March 15, each call would take approximately 5-10 minutes, if not available would have to call back
Work Description: Make phone calls and interview young people about their business ideas, record their responses and report to GTS
Skills required: ability to converse fluently in Hindi, and type interview responses in Hindi/English in a format created by Be! Fund - would be wonderful if MBAs, college students, or older people who do not work and are at home, could do this
2. Interview 100 young entrepreneurs to develop business plans
No. of Volunteers Required: 8-10
Location: GTS office - Kailash Colony, New Delhi
Time required: Each interview would take 1 hour, and should be conducted from February 15-March 15
Work description: Interview 100 young entrepreneurs in the Be! Fund office with a Be! Fund team member, to evaluate business plan
Skills required: MBA, finance, business
