Be! an Entrepreneur is a multi-media movement of stories
50 books, 13 epic movies, & 15 radio episodes -
to inspire millions of young people from low-income groups in India
to realize their potential to transform their lives by becoming entrepreneurs.

From water to waste management, energy to health care, Be! believes millions of young people have the power to pioneer businesses for social change, businesses that not only improve their lives but also the world around them.

Be! businesses don’t just solve a social problem, they must make money at the same time, and this is crucial for someone from a low-income group to be able to make real.

Because in 2020 there will be over 210 million unemployed people in India, 50% will be below the age of 30 and currently half are dropping out of school.

Even if they are staying in school, they are not learning skills to be able to create their own opportunities.

will communicate to millions of young people about their potential to transform their lives by becoming entrepreneurs.

Perhaps what is most compelling about Be! is that the media comes full circle with the Be! Fund to invest in 75 new business ideas submitted by young people as a result of the media – so millions of young people know they have a chance to pilot their ideas, and we, well, we have more stories to tell.
